The office is committed to protecting the taxpayers of Delaware County and is responsible for overseeing the County’s payroll, internal audits, retirement, accounts payable, and the accounting system for the County. A proud resident of Delaware County for the past five years, Mr. Rosenthal is deeply engaged in his community. He has volunteered with the Newtown Square Fire Company and Historical Society and serves as Vice Chairman of the Newtown Township Municipal Authority. Whether preserving local history or strengthening public services, Mr. Rosenthal lives his values through hands-on leadership.
